Shipping Policy:

We use Canada Post mail in North America which takes approximately
7-12 business days (up to 21 days). International shipments take approximately
10 -21 business days.

We offer the highest standard in customer service, and you will emailed with the exact date your item has been shipped.

Lost Shipments:
By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold HeadStoneproductions.com liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of Canadian Postal Service.

Refund Policy:
We stand by all our products and trust that you will be pleased with everything you purchase from us. HeadStoneproductions.com will upon your request replace any merchandise that is defective or incorrect. You must notify HeadStoneproductions.com within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT of your order if you are returning an item(s).
For merchandise received due to a customer selection error, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
All tags must be intact.
Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchasers expense.

Return Policy:
For returns or exchanges, simply email us at sales@headstoneproductions.com and we will send you our Return/Exchange form. Once completed, email the form back to us and we will supply you with a Return Authorization number. The item must be returned by mail within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange.

You must e-mail us BEFORE sending your product back to get a
Return Authorization number. Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.

Original shipping charges are non refundable and customer is responsible for all shipping changes to return the item and to resend a new item.
Items returned for exchange or credit are not accepted if damaged in transit or if delivered postage due.

International customers must ship the item back with no custom’s value. If duty is owed at the time your return arrives it will be deducted from your final refund total.

Shipping Instructions:
Return via Insured Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original HeadStoneproductions.com packaging if possible, if not please use durable bubble envelope. HeadStoneproductions.com is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Shipping and charges:
For international & U.S. sales, you the buyer are responsible for all charges imposed by import taxes or any other related costs. Please note that there is no way for us to guarantee delivery once a package leaves Canada. We also have no control over whether customs will delay your shipment, and if so for how long. You may be charged an import duty on your purchase. This varies from country to country. Check with your local customs office for details.

Backorders:
Most items are shipped directly to you and are subject to availability. Back orders can take up to 3 weeks and may be discontinued by us during that time. If your item is out of stock we will try our best to provide you with an availability date. If the item is dicontinued while on backorder you will be given the option to choose another item or an in store credit. We will make every effort to get your item to you in a timely manner.
